She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Marik and Bohumila Marik; her husband Robert V. Culver; and her siblings, Theodore Marik and Alice Rost.

She is survived by: her daughter Sharon Smart (Leonard) of Fairhope; her grandchildren, Kimberly Frank (Don) of Elberta and David Smart of Fairhope; her great grandchildren, Brandon Frank (Emily), Katarina Frank Lipscomb (Carter), Wyatt Frank, Brady Smart and Regan Smart; her great great grandchildren, Weston and Denver Frank; her nephew Michael Rost; Jenna. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
