He is survived by: his parents, Jim Wiggins and Evelyn Wiggins of Fairhope; his wife Kathleen Brown Wiggins of Fairhope; his children, Kathleen Claire Wiggins of Fairhope and Nathan Parker Wiggins of Fairhope; his father-in-law David Brown; his siblings, Mike Wiggins (Lisa) of Fairhope and Jean Wiggins Blass (Bryan) of Prattville, Alabama; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Brown Robinson (Boyd) of Monroeville, Alabama and Karl Brown (Nancy) of Auburn, Alabama. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
