He is survived by: his wife Susan Pevahouse Smith; his sons, Adam Heaton and Michael-Paul Smith; his mother Martha Ann Smith; his sisters, Wanda Smith Wilson and Karen Smith Moon; and his granddaughter Addison Heaton.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cullman Funeral Home (461 US-278, Cullman, AL 35055). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
