He is survived by: his wife Linda Cunningham Maddox; his children, Joe Maddox (Ladawn), Mike Maddox and Donna Maddox McCollum (Lanny); his stepdaughter Dana Sanford Acker (Joe); and his siblings, Kenneth Maddox (Loretta), Johnny Maddox (Sherry), Judy Shivers, Becky Parker (Burl), Cherry Ashby (Jackie) and Mary Holmes (Jerry). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
