She is survived by: her mother Patricia Milligan of Berry; her boyfriend Billy Ashe of Navarre, FL; her brother Tim Fowler of Birmingham; and her nieces and nephews, Luke Milligan, Khayse Fowler, Stormi Fowler, Emma Fowler and Braylee O'Mary.
