He was predeceased by: his parents, Shannon Fowler and Avis Fowler; and his brothers, Samuel, William and James Fowler.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Fowler of Fayette; his daughters, Rebecca Russell (Marty) of Northwood, Lynn Roby (Dewayne) of Fayette County and Danna Fowler of Fayette; and his siblings, David Fowler (Genine) of Fayette and Ruth Lindsey of Fayette. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren with 2 on the way, and fur babies: Sister.
