She is survived by: her husband Bill Forsythe of Wichita Falls, TX; her grandson Justin Forsythe; her sister Joyce Partin; and her nieces and nephews, Jason, Jeff Partin, Jessica Spaulding and Vanessa Jones. She is also survived by family members and friends.
