He is survived by: his wife Nelda Hankins Herron of Fayette; his children, Jerry Daniel Herron (Diann) of Fayette and Tammy Michelle Herron (Georgia) of Lawrenceville; his sister Vera Lassetter of Fayette; and his grandchildren, Oakley and Harley.
