Ida F. Alexander Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ida F. Alexander of Fayette, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 24, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Ida's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Ida's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Parker Crutcher Jr. and Lucy Irick Tarwater Crutcher; her brother John Vandiver Crutcher; her sister-in-law Dorothy Stewart Crutcher (Dot); and her nephew Zachary Kenan Massey.
She is survived by: her daughter Victoria Bertinot (Kain); her grandsons, Parker Collier and John Kenan Murff; and her sibling's children, Julie Crutcher Morgan (Tim), Luci Crutcher Broaddrick (Bret), Susan Crutcher Clements (Tim) and Jim Crutcher. She is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, and close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fellowship Hall of Fayette First Methodist Church (412 Temple Ave N, Fayette, AL 35555).
