He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia J. Hubbert; his parents, D. Hubbert Hubbert and Mattie Irene Hubbert (Whitley); his son David M. Parmatier; and his brother Frederick D. Hubbert.
He is survived by: his sister Joy Carolyn Garrison; his sister-in-law Patsy Hubbert; his sibling's children, Thomas E. Hubbert (Emily), Sonja J. Hubbert and James M. Hubbert, Jr. (Lisa); his grandchildren, Rebecca, Benjamin, Alexander, Hannah, Samuel, Amber and Erika; and his sibling's children, Mary Beth Garrison, Dwayne and Rhonda Hubbert. He is also survived by numerous grand nieces and nephews as well as great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sand Springs Baptist Church.
