She was predeceased by: her parents, William Grant and Wilda Laken Grant; her siblings, Billy Leach, Donny Leach, Debbie Strickland, Janet Smith and Beverly Keel; and her son Brian Everett.
She is survived by: her husband Terrell G. Stripling of Fayette; her children, Terrell Stripling (Dawn Michelle) of Fayette, Tim Stripling (Michelle) of Fayette, Juanita Gibson of Fayette, Jordan Black (Tyler) of Fayette and Teresa McDaniel of Fayette; and her sister Linda Yancy of Vernon. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
