He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon McGuire and Joan McGuire; and his grandparents, Allen Christian, Anna Lois McGuire, John and Mary Thornton.
He is survived by: his close friend Lorrie Hicks; his daughters, Kaylea Johnson and Jacey Moore (Alex); his grandchildren, Kurt Johnson, Klay Johnson, Lacey Pickle and Owen Nettles; and his siblings, Lori DeVine (Larry) and Joel McGuire (Lezley). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
