He is survived by: his wife Eliasar Hernandez Gonzalez; his children, Geovani Antonio Chavea Hernandez, Joe Salvador Chavez Hernandez, Maria Elizabeth Chavez Hernandez and Doni Mahetzi Chavez Hernandez; and his siblings, Feliciano Chavez, Santos Chavez and Susana Chavez. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
