He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Billy, Barbara Porter and Pat Wharton. He is survived by: his parents, Jason Wharton and Karen Porter Wharton; his brother Caleb Wharton; his grandparents, Doug Wharton, Michael and Donna Cook; his aunt Jennifer Shackelford (Ben); and his close friend Amy Kizzire.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Home (3659 AL-171, Fayette, AL 35555). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
