She is survived by : her husband Ricky Hurst of Flat Rock, AL; her children, Kim Stinnett, Leisha Belue (Richard), Bonnie Blevins (Jeff) and Sara Fernandez (Luis); her grandchildren, Maycee Butner (Michael), Jordan Belue, Madison Adcock, Jayda Belue, Jayle Belue, Kimber Belue, Bristol Blevins, Jeremiah Blevins and Neveah Fernandez; her great grandchild Zaiden Butner; and her siblings, Rhena Bethune (Larry), Breland Millican (Rhonda) and Marguerite Hodge. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
