He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Levon and Margie Evanell Parham Evans. He is survived by: his brother Dwight Evans (Jennifer); and his nieces and nephews, Brandi Jackson (Dakota), Garrik Evans and Jaz Nogee. He is also survived by 7 great-nieces and great-nephews and several aunts and uncles.
