He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Hawkins (Peggy), Gary Hawkins (Sandra) and Malcom Hawkins (Margaret); his daughter-in-law Pam Hawkins; his grandchildren, Anthony Hawkins, Josh, Claudia Hawkins, Amanda, Kelly Workman, Chris Hawkins, Jessica, Aaron Elrod, Colby Hawkins, Cody Hawkins, Kristy, Greg Holland and Chasity Chisenall; his sister Katherine Wooden; his close friend Billy Duncan; and his family Jim Caperton (family: Hannah Metz). He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, 3 great great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
