He is survived by: his wife Melissa Powell Kilgore; his children, Timothy "Tim" Kilgore Jr., Amy Sullivan (Mitchell), Vanessa Kilgore, Dallas Burns (Nathan Roden) and Colton Hart; his grandchildren, Dallas Sullivan, Chandler Sullivan, Izabella Sullivan, Hannah Palmer (Kainen), Bryson Tinker, Jaiden Holcomb, Mason Sparks and Charlee Burns; his great grandchild Posie Palmer; and his siblings, Edna Anderson (Gene), Jimmy Kilgore (Darla), Shirley Buttram (Kelly), Janice Tatum (Steve) and Floyd Kilgore (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
