He is survived by: his wife Linda Diane Golden Holt; his niece Natalie Johnson (Cleve) of Hohenwald; his nephew Christopher Holt (Lauren) of Pace; his cousins, Bobby Minchew (Ella) of Cantonment and Danny Higdon of Flomaton, Chosen; his grandchildren, Jackson Steele (Mattie), John Miller Steele, Matthew Steele, Lee Steele, Jakob Higdon (Makayla), Cadie Higdon, Ansley Tillery (Jonah), Andrea Lasala and Aiden Lasala; his great grandchildren, Wilder Tillery, Wrenley Tillery and Emersyn Higdon; Steve Aydelott (Laurie) of Perry, Randy Aydelott of Pensacola, Dana Aydelott of Milton, Kellie Steele (Leroy) of Orange Beach, Kristi Miller of Pineview, Daniel Higdon, Sonya Higdon and Paul Lasala (Misti). He is also survived by Numerous cousins, family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Flomaton Funeral Home (1811 W State Line Rd, Flomaton, AL 36441). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Flomaton Funeral Home Chapel (1811 W State Line Rd, Flomaton, AL 36441).
