He is survived by: his wife Ruth Gilmore; his children, Kevin Gilmore (Wanda) and Donna Garrison; his brother Earl "Gill" Gilmore (Yvonne); and his sibling's children, Tonia Melton (Guy) and Barry Gilmore (Kathy). He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
