She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ernest A Fuqua and Willie Johnson Fuqua; her sister Merle Coone (Alvin Richardson); her daughter Alecia Mathis (David); her grandson Joshua A Mathis (Lauren); her great grandchildren, Raylon Mathis and Ava Mathis; her sister Myra Nell Clark; and her sister-in-law Merle Yates (Coy). She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
