He is survived by: his wife Belinda; his siblings, Jackie (Annie Sue), Robert Carnley (Pat) and Shirley Robinson; his sons, Gary Carnley (April), David Carnley (Lorna) and Kevin Goolsby (Melissa); his grandchildren, Heather Simmons (Ryan), Alex Westergreen (Ariel), Hunter Carnley, Hanna Carnley (Justin Shaw), Lauren Carnley (Sebastian Salazar) and John Spencer Goolsby; his great grandchildren, Easton Moore, Emmett Simmons and Allie Westergreen; his brother-in-law Ron Hargrove (Stephanie); his siblings' children, Chase Hargrove (Hannah) and Mallory Hargrove; and his great-niece Violet Hargrove. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (1972 Sixth St, Florala, AL 36442). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
