He is survived by: his wife Amelia Collins; his children, Lewis S. Collins (Robin), Josh Collins (Kelly Anne), Levi Collins (Allison) and Missy Dean (Dakota); and his grandchildren, Jaxton, Colter, Hunter, Sophia, Emma, Tinsley, Hayzel and Raylee.
