She is survived by: her children, Fred Phelps (Sandra), Nina Phelps, Sallie Younger (Brent) and Sandra Mason; her sister Rita Cawley (Wayne); her siblings-in-law, Linda Jones and Dick Stokes; and her close friend Bobbie Miller. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
