He was predeceased by: his parents, Theoter F. Kelley and Bessie Bundrick Kelley; his wife Catherine Kelley; and his siblings, Emory, Harmon Kelley, Amy Geohagen, Hazel Edmondson and Malona Bess.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Kelley Carroll (Tony), Lorri Kelley Moore (Russell), Mary Ann Douglas Carpenter (Wayne), Faye Douglas Martin and Troylyn Dunning (Ron) of Lakewood, CO; his sister Clara Kuklo; his grandchildren, Evan Randal Murphy, Christopher, Jonathon Martin, Amanda Carpenter and Julie Harry; and his great grandchildren, Beau, Addison, Charlotte, Bellamy and Justin. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
