She was predeceased by: her parents, O. A. Chandler and Laura Lee Smith Chandler; her brothers, O. C. Chandler and Wade Chandler; and her son-in-law Bill Carr.
She is survived by: her sister Marie Chandler Petty; her daughters, Denise Carr and Darlene Walker (Newton); and her grandchildren, Megan Carr Stinson (Eric), Laura Walker Mendoza (Daniel) and York Walker (Marissa). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
