He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Farris and Florence Farris; his former wife Patty Sparkman Farris; and his brother Roy Dennis Farris (Joyce). He is survived by: his wife Debra Taylor Farris; his daughter Paige Farris Fowler (Mike); his sister Nancy Ann Ocomer (Joseph); and his grandchildren, Dr. Mackenzie Fowler, Jessica Fowler Davenport (Matt) and Jakob Michael Fowler.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Colbert Memorial Chapel (700 US-43, Tuscumbia, AL 35674). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
