She was predeceased by: her sons, Tim McKelvey and Ted McKelvey; her parents, J. W. Fowler and Cora Fowler; her siblings, Billy, J. W. Jr., Pete Fowler and Elizabeth "Betty" Phillips; and her niece Brenda Blanton.
She is survived by: her sister Ruth Vaughn; her son Tony McKelvey (Cindy); her grandchildren, Steve Green (Kassey), Cody McKelvey (Susan), Chynna McKelvey (Jonathan), Katelyn Darty (Brett) and Tara McKelvey; her great grandchildren, Xander Green, Lily Stotler McKelvey, Pearly, Ruby and Dixie Darty; and her nieces and nephews, Sandra Vaughn, Vicki Miller (Joe), Pat Neal (Butch), Pam Glover, Ronnie Vaughn (Debby), Bill Fowler (Jamie), Todd Fowler, Hal Phillips (Amanda), Don Phillips and Street Cheetah.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the brothers for Life Benefit Fund in her memory.
