She is survived by: her husband James Douglas III; her children, Robert Latz, Benjamin Latz, Jr., James Latz, Chris Douglas (Amanda), Ruby Stutts (Thomas), Amanda Latz, Penelope Hyde (Ricky), Victoria Mooney (Randy) and Rebecca Handley (Jimmy); and her siblings, Arthur Payne, Tommy Payne, Carol Love, Frances Starnes, Linda Tucker and Mary Payne. She is also survived by 35 grandchildren; and over 20 great grandchildren.
