He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Appleton and Lucille Appleton; his wife Sue Appleton; and his brother Jerry Appleton. He is survived by: his son Chad Appleton (Deena) of Florence; his grandchildren, Wesley, Rachael, Dylan, Daniel, Kalena and Bentley; and his sisters, Linda Mayhall and Angela Little. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
