He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Noel; his children, Cheryl Gilcrease (Ronnie) of Lima, Alisa Monique Noel of Columbus, Ohio, Carlos Ranier Noel (Gift) of Florence, AL and Sebrenia Davis (Peter) of Riverview, FL; his grandchild Pontae (Jacqueline); his siblings, Annie Pearl Johnson (Bennie) of Florence, AL, Birdia Bean of Florence, AL, Albert Noel (Brenda) and Reginald J. Noel (Felicia); and his aunt Mary (Durell). He is also survived by Fifteen great-grandchildren.
