She was predeceased by: her husband Homer Ginn; her daughter Wanda Clemmons; her parents, Fred Ruple and Nema Ruple; her granddaughter Amanda Ginn; and her siblings, Don Ruple and JoAnn Fowler.

She is survived by: her daughter Joy Runyan of Yukon, OK; and her grandchildren, Jody Lisby (Monica), Michelle Gallien (Tommy), Michael Miller, Terry Miller, John Runyan, Vickie Downing-Boyd, Gabriel Ginn (Andria) and Whitney Latham. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.

“I love and miss you guys so darn much. So thank you for being there for me when I wasn't worthy, and being there the few times I was. I will never forgot you two ladies the rest of my life.
