She was predeceased by: her husband James Fielder; her daughter Tamara Conley Stooksberry; her parents, Johnie Cook and Grace Cook; her brothers, John Cook and Billy Cook; and her siblings-in-law, Clarence and Earline Fielder.
She is survived by: her daughter Tanya Cochran; her grandchildren, Misty Burns, Trevor Conley, Tyrell Cochran and Taylor Conley; and her brother Kenneth Cook. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and 3 great- great- grandchildren.
