Billy Ronald Jones Obituary

Billy Ronald Jones, age 74, of Florence, passed away January 13, 2022. Services will be private. Williams Funeral Home is assisting the family.

He was preceded in death by parents, Harry S. and Mildred Juanita Varner Jones; sister, Mildred Jones Tyer; and granddaughter, Miranda Rogers.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia A. Fritts Jones; children, Bradley T. Jones and Tracy Jones Lovell; stepchildren, Dorothy Love, B.J. Rogers, and Richard Macumber; siblings, Thomas H. Jones, Sharon K. Jones and Mary Ann Jones; grandchildren, Bradley Shay Jones, Bailey Jones, Hewlit Braden Lovell, Tyler Love, Morgan Jernigan, Madi Rogers, Xander Macumber and Jaxon Macumber; great-grandchildren, Carsen Jones; a host of nieces and nephews who were crazy about him and many lots of friends.

Even though Billy was an amputee, with one hand, he was a sheet metal worker for over 30 years and could do anything. He was an amazing man. He enjoyed building birdhouses and woodworking. He was loved by everyone and will be missed by all.
