He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Eugene and Ruby Eula Wade; his son Anthony Ray Wade; his brother Robert Wade; and his sister-in-law Shelby Wade.

He is survived by: his wife Aliene Behel Wade; his daughter Sandra Kay Haygood (Edward); his siblings, Doyce Norman Wade and Deborah Marie Hendrix (Bill); and his grandchildren, Bryan, Allen Waller, Rachel and Heather Haygood.
