She was predeceased by : her grandson Drake Whitaker; her great grandchild Addison Whitaker; and her mother Myrtle Clemmons. She is survived by : her daughters, Tasha Boothe and Andrea Whitaker (Neil); her grandchildren, Taylor Fox (Bobby), Logan Boothe (Haley), Justin Whitaker (Monica), Jeremy Haithcoat and Whitney Capley (Chase); and her sisters, Paulette Youngblood and Jan O'Kelley.
