It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Henry Copeland of Florence, Alabama, who passed away on March 6, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Copeland and Irene Copeland; and his brother Harry Copeland. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Copeland; his children, Jonathan Copeland (Ashley Long) and Mollie Copeland (Alex Wervey); his siblings, David Copeland (Helen) and Ann Grantham (Terry); and his son Jon.

The family wishes memorial contributions be made to the Henry Copeland Endowed Scholarship at the University of Alabama.
