She is survived by: her brother James Sak; her nephews, Eugene Sak (Jewell Graham) and Duane Sak (Julie); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ethan Howard Sak, Emma-Claire Sak and Mollie Marie Sak. She is also survived by her family, friends.
