He is survived by: his wife Anita Burns West; his children, Jacky West (Angela), Randy West (Tina), Dennis West (Wendy) and Peggy Anthony (Ricky); his grandchildren, Courtney Frye, Canzady Riley, Zach Anthony, Dylan West, Devan West and Delacey West; his great grandchildren, Summer Smith, Gavin Murphy, Kinzlee Murphy, Colton Riley, Layton Anthony, Dekinley West, Daisy West, Denan West, Karsyn West and Caroline West; and his siblings, Larry West, Faye Graves and Joyce Oakley (Dennis). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
