She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Hyde and Alma Hyde; and her siblings, Rita Hyde, Donna Hyde and Micky Hyde.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Lance Clemmons, Jr., Michael Clemmons (April) and Christy Clemmons; and her siblings, Ricky Hyde and Shelia Staggs. She is also survived by several grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
