He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hooper Lapain; his children, Denise, Tony and Crystal; his grandchildren, Jessica, Kahla and Nicole; and his siblings, Mark, Jo Ann and Cheryl. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
