He was predeceased by: his wife Shelby Smith Wade; his son Keith Wade; his parents, Ralph Eugene and Ruby Eula Cooper Wade; his brothers, Tony Wade and Bobby Wade; and his great grandchildren, Willis Myrick, Georgia Rae Wade and Grayson DeVito.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Wade and Cheryl Wade Walker (David); and his sister Debbie Hendrix. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Church of Christ (6900 Co Rd 61, Florence, AL 35634). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
