She was predeceased by: her parents, Caesar Fowler and Annie Fowler; her husband Eugene Pickard; and her sisters, Dot Mattox and Betty Ressler.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Pickard (Tammy) and Rhonda Hairell (Lewis); her sister Doris Franks (Florence); her grandchildren, Kylie DeLoach, Jim Pickard, Gene Pickard and Kacy Hairell; and her great grandchildren, Carter DeLoach, Caden DeLoach, Isabel DeLoach, Cannon DeLoach, Bradley Pickard, Bennett Pickard, Riley Pickard and Brooks Pickard.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to North Wood United Methodist Church or El Reposo.
