It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Gloria Osborn of Florence, Alabama, who passed away on July 19, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Glen Osborn; and her siblings, Arthur Trousdale, Lonus E. "Bob" Trousdale, Elmer Trousdale, Vernice Nye, Margie Olive, Edna Curtis, Virgie Quillen, Dee Tribble and Elvia Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Jeanne Young (Jimmy) and Steven Osborn (Desa); her grandchildren, Dr. Stefan Osborn (Mary), Dr. Kristina Osborn and Jordan Young (Tamara); and her great grandchildren, Kostas and Thesie Osborn.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Greenview Funeral Home (3657 Old Chisholm Rd, Florence, AL 35633). A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Greenview Memorial Park (3657 Old Chisholm Rd, Florence, AL 35633).
