She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Freeman Williams Jones and Willie James Williams. She is survived by: her husband James Cooper; her children, Valerie Cooper Wilson (Edward), Carmen Cooper Coffey (Steven), James Phyfer Cooper (Janice), Tammy Cooper Williams (late Major Dwayne Williams) and Jay Elbert Cooper; her sister Samella Williams Ingram; her grandchildren, Christopher Cooper, Charles Anderson Jr., Winslow Armstead (JeNorri), Kip Anderson, Cameron Anderson, Aldger Armstead (Tracie), Shelby Williams (Ana), James Cooper Jr. (Rashanda), Kelsie Williams Minor (Willie), Catlann Wilson Walker (Rodney), Jaron Madden, Kyler Madden, Justin Cooper and Aeneas Cooper; her great grandchildren, Amyia Cooper, Ashaunti Cooper, Abriel Anderson, Canon Armstead, Kristin Cooper, Tyler G. Minor, Calista Armstead, Damon Willis, Caeten Armstead, Mikayia Adams Anderson, Dwayne Williams, Jaimee Rae Cooper, Charles Anderson III, Chelsey Cooper, Riley Williams, Cooper Armstead, Rodney Walker Jr., Avelyn Cooper, Kamila Anderson, Rayden Walker and Carter Oxendine; and her great great grandchildren, Victoria Cooper and Jy'iere Cooper. She is also survived by nieces, relatives, and friends.
