He is survived by: his children, Sherry Springer (Michael), Larry Roland Herston, Ricky Herston (Maria), Patricia Bailey, Debra Rhodes and Phillip Hayes (Donna); his sister Doris Hendrix; and his grandchildren, Ray Blackstock, Stephanie O'Kelley, Eric Springer, Charlie Springer, Faith Bailey and Summer Herston. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
