He is survived by: his wife Lynn Richards Seal; his children, Randall Ray Seal (Kimberly Ann Seal) and Stacey Hart Seal; his sisters, Clovis Hamilton and Mary Thorn; his grandchildren, Jacob Seal (Kesley), Joshua Seal (Emma) and Savannah Miller (Hunter); his great grandchildren, Baylor Reign Seal and Beau Keith Ray Miller; and his great-niece Raychel Holt.
