He is survived by : his wife Donna Richardson Ivy; his daughters, Kristy Street (Eric), Heather Ivy (James) and Candace Ivy; his siblings, Dennis Ivy (Mary), Mark Ivy, Patricia Russell (Jack), Joan Bogue, Linda Trousdale and Mona Ivy; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Fields (Tyler), Kameron Street (Alexis), Kooper Street and Luke Foshee; and his great grandchild Nolan Fields.
