She was predeceased by: her parents, D. C. Horton and Lillian George Horton; her husband Billy Ray Evans; her daughter Dale Evans Carter; and her sister Otha Horton Carroll.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Evans West (Ed) and Susan Evans Rorie of Centreville, VA; and her brother Billy Wayne Horton (Gloria). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
