She was predeceased by: her father Gary Ivy; and her grandparents, Irene Richardson, Thomas Ellis and Blanche Ivy. She is survived by: her boyfriend James Balentine; her mother Donna Ivy; her sisters, Kristy Street (Eric) and Candace Ivy; her nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn Fields (Tyler), Kameron Street (Alexis), Kooper Street and Luke Foshee; and her great-nephew Nolan Fields.
